The average cost for tip rhinoplasty is $2500-$5000 which may not include other costs such as medical facilities, anesthesia, medication and other things. This is a cosmetic procedure and as a result of that the insurance company will not cover the cost. Generally many surgeons have payment plans that can assist patients who might not have the money all at once.

1.       Location – This can influence the cost of tip rhinoplasty greatly. Depending on where your located the price of the surgery can be relatively cheap or grossly expensive. Surgery conducted in Los Angeles will be more expensive that in cities located in the Midwest.

2.       Experience - Experience plays a big role in the cost also. A more experienced surgeon will cost more than a doctor fresh out of med school. In these instances it is very good to spend more on an experienced surgeon as they know what they are doing. This is surgery and you would not want this delicate procedure done by someone who is a novice.
